1. Amol Minechem Limited, formerly known as Amol Dicalite Ltd. was established in the year 1979 is a company engaged in the manufacturing of perlite products and filter aids. The company specializes in the production of various perlite-based products such as perlite ore, perlite filter aid, cryogenic perlite, thermal insulation perlite, and horticulture perlite. Additionally, the company also manufactures cotton and synthetic cloth products, for the first time in India, Perlite Filteraids and Perlite products under the technical and financial collaboration with an American company Grefco, Inc. USA, pioneers and world leaders of Perlite products.
2.  However, in 2018-19, Grefco Inc., USA, one of the erstwhile Promoters has sold its entire shareholding in the Company to the Indian promoters and accordingly has been declassified as Promoter. Moreover, the Company has also executed the Termination Agreement with GrefcoInc, the USA for the termination of perpetual terms of Technology Agreement which was signed by the Company at the time of its incorporation.
3. The company started commercial production in the year 1982. The Company’s Corporate Office is at Ahmedabad and the Plant is located at Kadi in Mehsana District, 50 km, north of Ahmedabad. During the last 38 years, the company makes steady progress in developing import substitution products in Filteraids and has successfully met the requirements of the majority of users
